Ercole Piemonte Rosato Liter

This vibrant rosato is a blend of classic Piedmont grape varieties of Barbera and Dolcetto.  Fresh aromas of raspberry, ruby watermelon and citrus.  Pleasantly fleshy with nice focus in the red berry fruits and rounded finish.  Nice as an aperetif, with summer salads light cheeses.--Finn. 1 Liter
What’s in the bottle? With the aromatic draw of fresh-cut watermelon, this rosato screams summertime in all its resplendent fun. Two stalwart grapes of Monferrato, Barbera and Dolcetto, form this lively rosato. Following a soft pressing of the grapes, the juice is left in contact with the skins for only a few hours, lending the wine its light pink hue. Fun fact: Rosato accounts for a miniscule percentage of overall wine production in Piedmont, and 2021 marked just the fourth vintage of this Ercole bottling.
