Santa Barbara County Chardonnay comes from 2 vineyards, one on the Santa Maria Valley and the other from the famed Santa Rita Hills. Fermented in neutral oak, with native yeast and aged 6 months. This perfectly encapsulates everything there is to love about Santa Barbara Chardonnay - bright, refreshing and creamy, without veering into the buttery category.
